Upon certifying your registration, you will receive a verification email to the email address provided. You will need to click the verification link , register your CAC card, and read the JCCS Certification of Understanding to submit your account for activation. Please note that most account functions will remain inaccessible until your account has been activated by the JCCS helpdesk.
You do not need to contact the helpdesk directly. The JCCS helpdesk will be automatically notified of your account creation and will review your documents, then contact you within 24-48 hours.
