•	Offeror's stated capabilities to meet all requirements identified in the Salient Characteristics; to include documentation that their company personnel have credible climbing certifications to perform this work.
•	Provide information on all quoted supply items.  The exact items match the Salient Characteristics. Your company may choose to quote equivalent products. If equivalent products are provided, quotation documentation shall include the salient characteristics and product specifications of the proposed equal supply items. 
•	Provide information on the delivery lead times for the required supplies.

Vendor must have active Sam/JCCS register upon.
