ACOP enables program management for acquisitions by providing visibility on validated theater requirements and projects.

Capabilities

  • Web based tracker that integrates all C-JTSCC Regional Contracting Center (RCC) spreadsheets into a single, online repository for construction, service, and commodities tracking
  • Web based map interface showing construction projects in pre and post award phases by location (FOB/COP)
  • Reporting functionality available through posted ACBIS Reports, canned JCOP Reports, and use of advanced search functionality to create custom reports.

ACOP is part of the Joint Contingency & Expeditionary Services (JCXS), a program under the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Information Operations (J6). JCXS is the information technology system used by contingency programs that rapidly deploy for humanitarian, peacetime, and wartime missions. JCXS provides centralized vendor registration and solicitation / proposal postings on a secure web site.

CENTCOM - Joint Theater Support Contracting Command (C-JTSCC) utilizes JCXS in Regional Contracting Commands (RCCs), throughout Afghanistan and other nations, that deliver contingency services to all the major DoD components: Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marines; and report to other DoD and Federal Government stakeholders to include: United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and Department of State (DOS). JCXS is a repository for more than 45,000 Host Nation vendors and other international vendors.
